Fall Projects - From Jason

Greetings everyone! Fall is in full effect in the McLean community.  The leaves are turning and the air is crisp.  It’s a great sight to see, it reminds me why I feel so great every time I enter the community.  The road paving in South Shore is wrapping up making the majority of this section of McLean very accessible to everyone to come out and see and feel what I do every time I’m on site.  We are starting to see more and more prospects walking lots and getting a feel for all of the beautiful waterfront lots and the generous sizes that they have.  Very seldom will you see such large lots on the water that have beautiful tress on them.  Not to mention that these lots have very little slope to the water making them very accessible to get to the water.  This really is an amazing time of year.

We are very happy to announce that we will be starting construction on several custom homes in town within the next several months.  As we work our way through the custom homebuilding process we will be taking pictures and explaining what it’s like to build a custom home with J. Barwick Construction.  Stay tuned for this.
