J. Barwick Construction provides custom home building services for our clients on lots that we own as well as lots that our clients own.  We will work with the client from the very onset of the relationship helping them through architectural development, estimating and budgeting and into the construction administration phase.  We walk our clients through this process in a step-by-step manner so it is as seamless as possible.

Custom Home Consultation

J. Barwick Construction provides custom home building consultation for our clients that have the time, energy and knowledge to act as a general contractor for their own residence while not actually specializing in custom home building.  These clients will often ask us for our expertise in certain areas of the custom home building process.

Historic Renovations

J. Barwick Construction provides historic renovation services for our clients that are renovating residences of historic designation.  We assist our clients with obtaining the necessary approval and permits required for the historic renovation.  We will work with our clients once under construction to make certain that all of the historic requirements are being met.

Whole House Renovation

J. Barwick Construction provides renovation services for our clients that are renovating their entire residence.  We work with our clients to establish the initial architectural plans, estimates and proposed budgets.  Once the architectural plans and budgets are finalized we move into a renovation construction phase with our clients.  During the course of the renovation we work hand in hand with our clients keeping them informed of the construction status as it pertains to the schedule, estimate, budget, and selection process.

Renovation Consultation

J. Barwick Construction offers renovation consultation for our clients that have the time, energy and knowledge to general contract their own renovation project but are not specialists in this field.  These clients will call upon our expertise to assist them in certain aspects of the renovation process.

Project Management

J. Barwick Construction offers project management services for our clients that want to be involved in the construction process but do not have the available time or resources required to act as their own general contractor. In these instances we will work with our clients offering them certain services and allowing them to perform other services.

Commercial Construction and Up Fit

J. Barwick Construction offers commercial construction and up fitting of existing spaces for our clients.  We help our clients in every way possible.  We work with our clients through the architectural design phase, estimating and budgeting phase and into the construction management phase.  We assist our clients through the entire process.
